A Pot of Gold In Kalaw

The town of Kalaw is very quaint but deceptively larger than it appears.  It has one of the nicest markets I have been in where I ate a delicious Myanmar curry for lunch.

On my way to see a temple on a hill I bumped into a fellow South African, Nick.  He had been an English teacher in Indonesia for the past 10 years but is now on his way back to settle in SA.

In the late afternoon I witnessed a beautiful rainbow.  Try as I might I couldn’t find the pot of gold.
